R&D Without a Lab Coat

This Lab Note records a discovery session that took place on the evening of a designated rest day. The Head Coach had spent the earlier part of the day watching football — no agenda, no production target. The session that followed, running from 23:00 to 01:00, was unplanned. It was not a scheduled sprint. It was emergence.
